Mayor John Lindsay appointed attorney Bruce Wright to the Criminal Court of the City of New York in February 1970. After the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association observed that Justice Bruce Wright intended to enforce the “Bill of Rights” instead of the “Bill of Rites,” the PBA initiated a “defamation campaign” against Justice Bruce Wright. A “bait and switch” scam affects all blacks.
When I arrived in Harlem, the PBA had been engaged in an ongoing, defamation campaign against Justice Wright. The PBA had announced that it was at war against any “dissident.” Defamation is the weapon of choice to “seal lips” and to lose one’s reputation. The “motive” would be suppressed at the “crime scene;” that is, the courthouse.
Before I arrived in New York, I had already been engaged in the Civil Rights Movement. This was my “ancestral legacy.” Segregation had begun to unravel in the South in Gayle v Browder, 352 U.S. 903 (1956). Rosa Parks and Claudette Colvin had “lit the torch” in the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott.
In 1976, I was confronted, directly, with the “spectre of segregation.” Court officers were giving “special preferences” to white attorneys. This was a part of my “Jim Crow past.” I am diametrically opposed to “waste.” It promotes the destruction of one’s “ancestral history.” It is “toxic” and “hazardous.” The U.S. Supreme Court waited until 1963 to “outlaw segregated courtrooms.”

When I registered an objection to “segregated courtrooms,” publicly, in 1976 in New York, I immediately became the “twin” of Justice Bruce Wright. My judicial problems continued from that day. Former Secretary of State Cyrus Vance, had already placed me under the “judicial microscope.” There were incessant, retaliatory actions.
Eventually, I continued the Freedom Party as a “legacy” of the United African Party. Blacks had been members of ecclesiastical corporations. Blacks saw “politics” as an “extension of religion.” Actually, there is a “wall between church and state.” Blacks climbed the wall and, summarily, jumped into “plantation politics.” The welfare of black children is the “top priority” of the Freedom Party.
In the white community, the “politics” of a political party is usually defined by its founders’ activities. In New York, a political party, with “fifty thousand, philosophical supporters” should enjoy automatic ballot access. It emulated the Green Party in 2010. The Freedom Party has fewer than twenty unregistered, signatories including its executive committee, because the state refuses to count enrollees of a political party without ballot status.

This means that in New York, blacks are not, philosophically, opposed to the prosecution of children in adult courts. “Forty-eight states” recognize that this as a” human rights violation.” Blacks, in New York, absent any semblance of a “war chest,” unwittingly “throw black children to the wolves” as they did in the “Central Park 7.” The “executive committee” of the Freedom Party is not a statewide committee.
If there were fifty thousand enrollees in the Freedom Party, New York would not dare touch me with a “ten-foot pole.” The Freedom Party refuses to leave New York City, Long Island and Westchester County pursuant to the instruction of the “HNIC.” This “unwritten, geographical restriction” was not observed in 2010.
Rev. Floyd Flake of Allen A.M.E. Church does not have fifty thousand parishioners. Yet, when he was charged with “looting” his own church, a Jewish, Wall Street law firm, was retained for a “cool million dollars,” to represent him. Blacks, in an ecclesiastical corporation, are linked to a “white Jesus.”

Too honest for the White Press and too black for much of today’s Black Press; bullet columnist Alton Maddox upsets the same people and status quo as he did as an uncompromising Defense Attorney.
