The reports of Osama bin Laden’s death may be greatly exaggerated. On Monday, May 2, 2011, the headline on the front page of the New York Post read “OFFICIAL: BIN LADEN DEAD”. Nothing would be further from the truth. The operative word is “official”.
There is a legal standard for the proof of death. Under choice of law rules, proof of bin Laden’s death has to be judged under Islamic law. Even under American law, there has been no legal proof of his death. So far, the words that have rolled off the lips of President Barack Obama’s lips have been “hearsay”.
In the Black colony which is governed by a Negro morontocracy, I know that it is not popular to say that President Obama is not telling the truth and that is not what I am saying. I am simply saying that he is repeating the words of others. This is the legal definition of “hearsay”. The United States is supposed to be a “nation of laws and not a nation of men”.
If bin Laden is dead, it is a boost to Mr. Obama’s chances for re-election next year but Mr. Obama has failed to furnish legal proof of bin Laden’s death. Before the presidential campaign started in 2008, I asserted that President Obama would be in the White House for two terms. In fact, there may be an effort to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Under American law, any homicide is subject to a grand jury investigation. Proof of death is a key element to a homicide investigation. The elements include but are not limited to a certified death certificate by the appropriate authority in Pakistan and an autopsy neither of which is seemingly present concerning the death of Osama bin Laden.
In addition to the true identity of the body that was allegedly dumped in the sea, under American law it is also a crime to dispose of a body prior to the official investigation of death. The script that the media is furnishing to the people smells like frontier justice presided over by Judge Roy Bean. If that is the case, we already know the answer.

If the question of whether Osama bin Laden is still with us or not, a first-year law student would be unable to provide the answer. For legal proof, it would require a knowledge of myriad legal subjects. Propaganda is the alternative to offering legal proof. Stated another way, the first phase of warfare is propaganda.
