Open Season on Black Women

(“Attorney-at-War”)

Sandra Bland of Chicago, IL was lynched in a Texas jail for “Driving while Black.” Her death can be explained under the Fugitive Slave Act of 1793 and the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850. Chief Justice Roger Taney penned a treatise on “Black Rights Do Not Matter” in Scott v. Sandford, 19 How. (60 U.S.) 393 (1857). The Black Lives Matter Movement has always existed. It is about rights!

Since 1865, no white, Latino or Asian Woman has been summarily executed or murdered in the United States. This is no accident. Black women are “chattel slaves” under the U.S. Constitution. The Fourteenth Amendment fails to provide any constitutional protections for black women. They lack any semblance of a constitutional right. Black leaders are MIA. This is treason.

Ever since I was tricked into representing Tawana Brawley without a war chest, I have refused to flinch. The kidnapping and rape of Tawana Brawley was a class action. It was aimed at all black men and women and it was a hate crime. Nonetheless, most blacks buried their heads in the sand.

Tawana Brawley should be on everyone’s front burner or things to do list. This dereliction of duty by black males is known to all white supremacists. Instead of defending their own women, black men are too busy engaged in jungle fever. This conduct is contrary to natural law.

Instead of defending their own women, black men are too busy engaged in jungle fever.

Members of the Chicago, IL Police Department gunned down Bettie Jones, mother of five, in her home on December 26, 2015. This death is akin to the murder of Eleanor Bumpurs. The New York Police Department had no criminal warrant to enter Bumpurs’ home. It was engaged in a landlord-tenant dispute. This was also a warrantless arrest and murder in Chicago.

Since neither the United African Movement nor the Freedom Party has ever amassed a war chest to combat white supremacy, I am a black man without support and without a home or homeland. Accordingly, Tawana Brawley, Glenda Brawley-King and Ralph King are fugitives from justice and are up the creek without a paddle.

This radio discussion could not happen in New York City. To participate in this discussion, which has unraveled Chicago, I’ve had to flee to Buffalo, NY. Censorship, which is unconstitutional, forbids this discussion in New York City. This was not the legacy of Gil Noble and Elombe Brath. Blacks are only allowed to celebrate one’s legacy. Preservation of one’s legacy is illegal.

On Monday, December 28, 2015 I was a guest on “The Message Radio Show” at 2:00 p.m. EST. This show is hosted by Pat Freeman and aired on WUFO 1080-AM Radio in Buffalo. You can listen in at Mix 1080 AM WUFO Radio, tunein radio app or via the internet www.wufoam.com.

THE NEED TO UPGRADE RESEARCH TOOLS

Malcolm X said it best: “Of all the disciplines, history is best qualified to reward our research.” Law is history, first and foremost. This is why research is an essential tool for a competent and zealous attorney. Blacks are entitled to receive well-researched and well-written articles.

Dr. John Henrik Clarke said that the nineteenth century is crucial to understanding white supremacy. My articles always use the nineteenth century as a guide. Blacks not only need to read the dictum in Scott v. Sanford, 19 How. (60 U.S.) 393 (1857) but also its letter and spirit.

Mark Riley, a former broadcaster with WLIB-AM, in a broadcast, told Elinor Tatum, publisher of the New York Amsterdam News, that my weekly op-ed pieces, alone, were worth the cost of the tabloid. This did not set well with Tatum. When her dad, Bill Tatum, made his transition, I received a pink slip. I was an unpaid journalist with the New York Amsterdam News and my writings have always been free to the community.

An award-winning journalist, Earl Caldwell, said on WBAI-FM said that my op-ed pieces were the best in New York. The production of these writings carries considerable costs. For blacks to continue to receive the best information, the acquisition of new research materials is necessary. Propaganda is the first stage of warfare. See, for example, the “Central Park 7.”
