“If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.” Steven Pagones should go to bed every evening saying his prayers and giving thanks that Tawana Brawley and I were born descendants of enslaved Africans. Otherwise, Pagones would be pumping up daises if my name had been “Donald Trump.” Pagones’ last meal would have been at Sing Sing, at the very least.
The difference between a white man and a black man is HELP (History Ethics Logic Philosophy). Black men will never challenge white men until blacks undertake and implement HELP. No ethnic group can unify itself absent HELP. These are the core disciplines for survival. Blacks need HELP. If help is beyond our reach, no lifeline will save us.
White supremacists understand the import of executing a black man for raping a white woman. Rape becomes not only a sexual act but also a political act. White men view it as an attack on their philosophical prowess. If black men harbored the same belief, Pagones would be as dead as a doornail. Instead, he is spewing propaganda on WBGO-FM in Newark.
In addition to Pagones and his white crew kidnapping and raping a fifteen year-old Tawana Brawley, he also attacked the race by defaming and defiling her body with racial epithets. This was a class action against all blacks as instigated by Dred Scott.
It is hard for me to believe that black men have the strength to call for a second Million Man March on October 10, 2015 on the National Mall in the nation’s capital. If the shoe were on the other foot, this assembly would be a necktie party for Pagones. Trump would pat the horse.
In 1989, Trump sought to employ the levers of the judicial system to lynch seven, innocent, black and Latino youth for crimes that Matias Reyes perpetrated alone. Trump poisoned the waters in New York. A fair trial was impossible for the six defendants. Only “military science” saved the seventh defendant.
Until 1977, it was permissible for a defendant, convicted of rape, to be subject to capital punishment. Although every person is presumed to know the law, Trump paid for an advertisement in the New York Times urging the death penalty for seven, innocent, black and Latino youth. The media was hostile to both the defendants and their attorneys.
Three of the black attorneys were disbarred and the fourth attorney was only suspended from the practice of law. Trump engineered these harsh, disciplinary penalties with Gov. Mario Cuomo. This was a pogrom and the black community, shamelessly, had to flee its community of interests. No leading black in New York had the temerity to defend these well-intentioned attorneys.
The rape incident against Patricia Meili in Central Park happened in 1989. Six of these young men would have been electrocuted had it not been for the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Coker v. Georgia in 1977. The “High Court” found that the death penalty for rape constituted “cruel and unusual punishment” under the Eighth Amendment.
Moreover, no white man has ever been subject to the death penalty for raping a black woman. A black woman can be raped by a white man with impunity. Any black attorney who complains about the rape of a black woman is guilty of seditious libel and summarily disbarred from the practice of law with no community response.
Trump, if elected president, will take blacks back pre-1977. This would be bad for black men and any progressive, black attorney. In 2014, I successfully and demanded a statewide hearing on attorney discipline. I was the only black attorney to give testimony. Black attorneys have no sense of history.
When the seven, black and Latino youth were arrested and falsely convicted, no black selected official lent a hand for a legal defense fund. United African Movement did arrive at the crime scene on time to raise the ransom for their release from jail pending trial.
The mere fact that these young men were in school was of no moment. William de Blacks was working with Mayor David N. Dinkins to railroad these young men. De Blasio was an aide to Dinkins. “Politics makes strange bedfellows.” A leopard does not change its spots and a zebra does not change its stripes.
Under Art. II, sec. 1 of the U.S. Constitution [“T]he executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.” This person must be a natural born citizen. In addition, “the president shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy and of the Militia of the several states….”
This constitutional provision means that the President must be able to speak legalese and military science. It could be argued that Trump has been preparing to be President of the Confederate States of America to promote Civil War II.
He is a graduate of the New York Military Academy in addition to being a graduate of the prestigious Wharton School of Finance. Compare his educational background and experience with that of former President George Bush “42.”

P.S. My critics are seeking to sabotage United African Movement which is operating afoul of New York’s slave code while restrictions are being imposed on my right to travel and restrictions on the right to travel of Dr. Leonard Jeffries. “Safe Negroes” are agents of government. They promote private and public business.
Too honest for the White Press and too black for much of today’s Black Press; bullet columnist Alton Maddox upsets the same people and status quo as he did as an uncompromising Defense Attorney. He is also a founding member of the Freedom Party. Please support the movement to Reinstate him. Contact him at c/o UAM P.O. BOX 35 BRONX, NY 10471.
