Maddox Defines Slavery on Radio Sunday

by Alton H. Maddox, Jr.

Since 1865, Blacks have confused emancipation with liberation. We have never been liberated and the U.S. Constitution has made us constitutional squatters. The U.S. Constitution is a fleeting document and the U.S. Supreme Court has never decided a case giving blacks constitutional fixtures. It formulates its agenda against blacks every October.

Bro. Elliott Booker heard the “Carl Nelson Show” this past Thursday. I was explaining the difference between reputation evidence and habit evidence. These are the twin killers in every criminal prosecution against a descendant of enslaved Africans. Black defendants never know what hit them.

An attorney who puts a black, criminal defendant on the witness stand is perpetrating legal malpractice. For starters, black defendants and black witnesses require legal interpreters. Second, no law school has a curriculum that teaches lawyers “How to Represent a Black Defendant.”

No white witness should be allowed to testify against a black defendant without first requiring the witness to pass a racism quotient test. Cross-examination is not an effective tool to weed out racism. Judges should also be subjected to a similar test.

I will be the guest of Bro. Elliott Booker, host of “Time For An Awakening,” aired from Philadelphia, on Sunday May 10, 2015 at 7:00 PM (EST). I will be discussing with him the concerns listed above and more. Listen only at: 559-726-1300 Ex. Code 958590#

Following this program on Sunday, May 10, 2015 I will be a guest on “Sunday Night Fiyah” hosted by Karen Mason on WRFG.FM (89.3) in Atlanta, GA from 10-midnight. We will be discussing all of the above.

Lynn Whatley is the attorney for Wayne Williams who has been dubbed the “Atlanta Child Murderer.” I was the attorney for Tawana Brawley who has been defamed for perpetrating a “hoax” although New York never acquired personal jurisdiction over her. We both will be on “Sunday Night Fiyah.” Without even a default judgment, Gov. Andrew Cuomo is allowing Steven Pagones to pick her pocket.

I still accuse Pagones of raping Tawana because, in my case, the jury found that he was one of the “attackers.” Tawana should be the beneficiary of my legal prowess. Instead, New York has engaged in a bait and switch. She is now subject to being guilty of sedition and subject to the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850.

The FBI has now informed Whatley that Michael Malone gave testimony at Williams’ trial and he also testified against Tawana Brawley in the grand jury investigation. Malone has now been labeled a rogue cop while giving testimony based on “junk science.” Malone had also falsely testified against former U. S. District Judge Alcee Hastings in the U.S. Senate.

I am still licensed to practice law in federal court. May 21, 2015 will be a major fund raiser at the Cotton Club. Among others, Dick Gregory will provide the audience with words of wisdom. The fundraiser will allow for a much-needed war chest. Any lawyer needs the tools of the trade. Maddox already has a full-plate. It is now time for the people to rise up for him so that he can help them in courtrooms.

Visit WWW.REINSTATEALTONMADDOX.COM for my political and legal writings.

For more than two decades, several thousand persons have received my invaluable, writings on politics, law and military science, free of any cost, even though the fixed costs to publish them including research, writing, editing and publishing have exceeded over Twenty-five Hundred Dollars monthly. There is also now a need to upgrade equipment, legal literature and software and to resume the practice of law as the private attorney general without “judicial bullying.” “Freedom is not free.” No one should ride the back of another person. This is an accounting principle.

Make contributions for a free and educational press and for a legal defense fund for the U.S. Supreme Court to redress an odious grievance and provide an emergency, legal defense fund for Tawana Brawley and Ramsey Orta only to:
